Here is where the climax happens and we meet our true villain. They discover that the G1 and G4 ponies have planned a party to help restore friendship and unity among everyone. Feeling regret for their actions, they, Belle, and Shadow go to retrieve Violet so they can all leave in peace. Upon arriving in Equestria, the two witches are surprised to find how much they like the place and how they can relate to the ponies, not having realized just how nice the ponies were or grasped just how wrong their actions were. Grackle and Dyre come to Equestria to see to the success of their mission personally, having learned of the progress made by the Smoonies and believing them to not be doing nearly enough to ruin the ponies' lives. At the same time, the Smoonies (Smooze ponies) begin to bond with the ponies of Equestria, with Violet Shiver coming to see Pinkie as a genuine friend and feel regret for what she has done, while Black Belle comes to truly care for her students. Returning with the G1 ponies, the gang works on dealing with the Smooze that is making everyone violent.
The Mane 6 journey Ponyland in G1 to get help from the ponies there after realizing the Smooze originated there. As the Smooze continues to grow from the streamers and spreads throughout Ponyville, the ponies start becoming more violent and begin fighting. While going undercover to help Pinkie Pie with a party (in truth wanting to spread more chaos), Violet Shiver gets the idea to create streamers made from her Smooze, which will further spread through Equestria. The Smooze ponies get teaching jobs at the School of Friendship while working undercover to spread chaos. They go to Equestria because Reeka and Draggle did not specify which ponies to target. The three Smooze ponies are sent to Equestria to spread animosity among the ponies and make them start arguing with each other. Grackle and Dyre create the new Smooze and use it to make three ponies made of Smooze called Shadow Storm, Black Belle, and Violet Shiver. The granddaughters of Hydia, the two cousins were tasked by their mothers Reeka and Draggle to seek revenge on the ponies while they (Reeka and Draggle) are on vacation. Unlike the Smooze from either G1 or the Friendship Is Magic show, this is a new type created by two witches named Grackle and Dyre. It ran from OctoFebruary 9, 2022, and is the last bit of G4 material ever. My Little Pony Generations is a 5-issue crossover MLP comic that deals with the ponies of Generation 1 meeting the ponies of Generation 4.
